Bal Bal. La sirene toxique
An sculpture for my universe The World of Pez. BalBal is an evil creature that lad us to pollute the oceans with plastic, and spoil the coast with concrete buildings.
Material: cement, covered with upcycled plastic, metal waste and drawing.

Mar&co
This artwork is a surrealist style oil painting, from my World of Pez universe, made in 2026. Marco is Spanish for Frame. And a wordplay with «Marisa&company».
Selected in the collective exhibition «The woman of my life» of RGF Foundation.
It is my grandmother MARISA. And Company.
It’s my grandmother, it’s my mother and it’s me.
It’s the Sea framing Marisa & Co.
It’s the cover of Mama Died. An editorial project born in 2019, as a result of the publication on networks of some surreal anecdotes about Marisa, which led friends to ask me for more development. It is part of a future storybook
Serial Kisser
A series of unique sculptures, with a story behind. And a videoart, and performances, and photography,. and a textile collection… A project presented in Sturdio RGF during may 2024
Once upon a time there was a Serial Kisser:
she picked up all the screws fallen from those who had a screw loose.
And she didn’t lack any.
When she saw one fallen on the street, she saw in it a wasted thought, another good idea lost,
by some careless head.
So she picked them up and collected them.
That way, when she found it necessary, she could restore sanity to any madman.
with a passionate French kiss.

A Journey. A Journal.
Sketchbook in Venezuela. During summer 2024 I was invited to visit Caracas and Henri Pittier National Park, a beautiful coastal area, at a lovely family house.
First long distance trip in 9 years and first long holidays in 7, it was the time to get back to color pencils, inky routines, walks and observations.
Inventaviary
An art project on birds. A series of 34 made up species for a book on imaginary love. Due to materials shortage, and as an experiment, all the paintings were done upcycling oils from an closed painter studio and cooking oil on cardboards
Originals were exhibited as an installation at in Sinespacio (Madrid) 2024
They will be part of the artist book: «Pajarito a tu palito.»
Les fleurs du capital
After Baudelaire
Assamblage for the collective exhibition REVENTANT August 2023
Conceptually anchored in the symbolism of Baudelaire’s Les fleurs du mal, about the decadence of the artist. Although today, instead of evil and eroticism, the problem lies in capital, in excessive consumption, and the waste derived from it. Including technological consumption and its carbon footprint.
Pixelastic
In 2020, I decided to use color plastic caps as pixels to create unique characters and stories on plastic waste, with a bit of humor.

Antxoa Antonia
Antxoa Antonia is my ninety years old Basque godmother, reincarnated as fish, to celebrate an epic victory of her beloved football team: Athletic de Bilbao. She passed away only months before her dream came true: in 2024, they finally won the Spanish Cup. It was their first since 1984, ending a 40-year wait. And the players rided the Gabarra, sailing up the river. A barge only held twice in Athletic’s history. Antonia had watched both. Now this one, through a goodbye ritual.

WOP x POD! 25
To evolve my universe The World of Pez (WOP! ), during 2025, I wanted a new Print on Demand (POD) series of bright, neat, pop illustrations for this complex artistic universe, expanding since 2009.
The idea in WOP for POD! was morphing real people from classic and iconic photography into my Neurofish surreal characters.

Happy Lockdown Love
Videoart. Synopsis. A woman finds herself isolated in an apartment under lockdown due to COVID19 quarantine.
Then her mind also becomes under lockdown—in her imagination.
She runs a monologue with her puppy. She is happy about being lazy, yet she misses making love.
She suddenly finds a way to feel the magic of a sexual experience in her dreams through art.
By imagining an alternative reality with her dog, she shares to us some surreal steps to fulfil her needs.

Happy Thing
Happy Thing is an association of ideas for children. Ideas such as the CREACUENTOS method of courses and workshops to direct their creativity towards writing, illustration and creating their own illustrator albums. Ideas made with their ideas.
Happy Thing: kids making picture books, is an organization founded by Amaya Uscola, Amayetta, in 2011, with the mission of promoting creativity through art, reading, and hobbies in children.
Happy Thing. Creativity is a toy that lasts forever.

Casa 53
Welcome to the place where things become lines: a packed with things 53 square meters loft that once became my home, my casa, and my drawing studio. Amazing all the stuff one can live with. Or should I say “can´t live without”?.
A creative writing and drawing project on collectors, collections, collected objects and collecting per se as an underestimated universal trait in human beings. A theme born while studying Illustration at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, later developed inside this loft located in Madrid.

Mirrorlabs
Photography is for me the best way to make things happen as you want them to happen.
Mirrorlabs: Narcissus gazing, is a second part to a project I kept working on from 1991 to 2000 called Self-photography, by taking analog photographs in which I pictured myself alone or with friends in different situations.
From 2012, I started taking cell-photos whenever I look to a mirror and see the reflection of a person in whom I never recognize myself. I love that feeling of strangeness and I love being playful. Always posing with a clear idea in mind, I don´t like to produce the scenes, as to get some sense of reality.

WOP! World of Pez
From art on paper to clay, or a graphic book, my universe WOP! (The World of Pez) is in constant development since 2009. Today, it represents a baroque symbolic universe populated by NeuroFish and NeuroBirds. Fish and birds are the metaphors of restless brains in the seas and jungles of ideas, nature, fantasy and social relations.
This project took the big leap in Berlin Pictoplasma Academy and was part of the All Stars Academy Show 2019.
